Believe in your why - Values & boundaries module
This short course is designed to bring awareness to awareness! In 'Believe in your why', we examine your values and learn how to be more intentional with what we do when we slow down and purposefully choose our actions. We will explore the role of effective boundary setting and how this strategy can help nurture your wellbeing.
By diving deeper into understanding your values, you will better understand your individual needs. This will then help to use your values as a navigational tool to look forward and direct your life with purpose and alignment.
