Our mission is to build a generation

Meet the founders
Megan Dickinson and Sarah Roughead
Megan, a qualified Physiotherapist has drawn upon years of further study, clinical expertise, and personal experience to create the Live Life Whole Project. As a health professional who had also navigated her own personal health challenges, Megan noticed a growing community of women seeking her guidance and a concerning trend in young women's health stories. Young women and their families lacked vital health knowledge in areas of nutrition, menstruation and female physiology, sleep, stress management, and how their individual psychology impacted their health outcomes.
Sarah is experienced in Product Development with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Food and Nutrition. Sarah’s motivation and passion for The Live Life Whole Project is drawn upon from her own lived challenges as a young adolescent. It is through her past personal experiences and now through the lens as a mother that it is her ambition to support and provide young girls with the best possible opportunity to live a happy, healthy and educated life.
As two country Victorian girls who understand the challenges that come with navigating female challenges in today’s health care system, Megan and Sarah aim to bring healthcare and education together in one place to provide a preventative and evidence-based health education program for young females.
“We want to give the next generation the knowledge we wish we had when we were their age."
