The project
Live Life Whole is an evidence-based project designed to
help young females nourish and support their physical,
mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
All about the
live life whole programs
The Live Life Whole programs include six core modules, with each one aligned with the Physiological and Psychological stages of growth, proposed by Psychologist Abraham Maslow and his Hierarchy of Needs. Topics are covered specifically from the perspective of female physiology and psychology including nutrition, sleep, female health, movement, stress, body image, relationships, values, boundaries and much more.
Live Life Whole brings expert clinical knowledge to classrooms, clubrooms & loungerooms to enable greater access of health literacy to educators, coaches and parents for ALL future young women. Our programs can be presented in group workshops both in schools and sporting clubs or facilitated at home via the full online course with the support of your Live Life Whole facilitator. Programs have also been expertly mapped for inclusion into the Victorian School Curriculum for Years 7-10.

Each module aligns with the core themes derived from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, a well-known framework in education, health care and sociology. Those themes are our Physiological survival needs and our Psychological safety, belonging, authenticity and purpose needs to achieve fulfillment and self-actualization. Applied specifically to the growth and development of young women, through Live Life Whole we teach a range of practical life skills and provide tools that they can use everyday to nurture and fulfil their own physiological and psychological needs, and thrive.
