Our vision
To set the precedent for women’s
health education and outcomes.
The Live Life Whole Project
The Live Life Whole Project is driving positive behavioural change in the next generation of young women and girls. With early education and prevention at the heart of its mission, this initiative is dismantling stigmas surrounding women’s health and empowering young females across the country to prevent ill health and navigate their health and wellbeing challenges confidently.
Through its whole health approach, Live Life Whole is equipping young females with knowledge and tools from experienced and evidence-based health professionals, to take control of their health early and to be advocates for their wellbeing.
The project aims to reduce the burden of female health concerns such as menstrual abnormalities, pelvic and reproductive health concerns such as endometriosis, PCOS, female infertility and breast health. It also addresses mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, stress, low self-esteem and confidence impacting the lives of young women and their families.
Live Life Whole brings credible clinical health knowledge into classrooms, clubrooms and loungerooms to enable greater access to health literacy for ALL future young women.
