Female
Our wellbeing hub membership and online mentoring program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need now and as you mature, to live happily, healthily and as your best self!
Includes health professional masterclasses, downloadable resources, inspiring women’s health stories, small group online mentoring and so much more. Best for:
- Girls aged between 15-18 (with parent/guardian/coach support)
- Women aged between 18-25
I am an
Educator
- Supporting students in Primary School
For years 3-6, we offer 4-hour face-to-face workshops with follow-up resources for both students and educators.
- Supporting students in Secondary School
For years 7-10, we offer full day face-to-face workshops with student journals and follow-up resources for both educators and students.
For years 11 and 12, we offer a 2-hour face-to-face workshop with resources provided to students.
- Supporting students in School Sport
We offer 1.5 hour girls in sport specific workshops for 10-14 and 15-18 year old athletes. Workshops can be delivered face-to-face and online with resources provided to athletes.
- Supporting students in Boarding
We offer our small group mentoring via our wellbeing hub membership. Our 8 week online mentoring program is perfect for supporting the health and wellbeing and strengthening connections of girls in boarding houses. Included are health professional masterclasses, downloadable resources, inspiring women’s health stories and 8 weeks of guided online mentoring through our 6 modules.

We offer a 1.5-hour face-to-face workshop with resources provided to participants.

Parent/Guardian
- Supporting my own learning
We offer 1.5 hour face-to-face and online workshops to support parents and guardians who are supporting young females to navigate the challenges and complexities that arise with their health and wellbeing both in life and in sport.
- Supporting the learning of my young female (15-25 years old)
Our wellbeing hub membership and online mentoring program is designed to equip young females and their family with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the unique health and wellbeing challenges young women face today.
Our wellbeing hub is a great place for both parents/guardians supporting young women as well as young women themselves to access all that Live Life Whole has to offer from the comfort of your home environment.

- Supporting female athletes

- Our 1.5 hour women and girls in sport specific workshops, best for age ranges 10-14 years old, 15-18 years old. Workshops can be delivered face-to-face/online with resources provided to athletes

- Our 8 week online mentoring program via our wellbeing hub membership. Included are health professional masterclasses, downloadable resources, inspiring women’s health stories and 8 weeks of guided online mentoring through our 6 modules.
- Supporting coaches
We offer both:
- 1.5 hour face-to-face/online workshop supporting coaches and club leaders in supporting the health, wellbeing & performance of their young female athletes.
- Our wellbeing hub membership is perfect for coaches to access credible health education, downloadable resources and so much more from our team of Live Life Whole experts.
