This course is designed to help you explore your psychological need for connection and belonging as a human being. Being connected with your tribe is essential in navigating the world that surrounds you. This course examines relationships in all forms and how we have choices around how we develop and maintain them. It will also help you tune in to your thoughts and feelings to understand your relational needs better. Finally, through reflective activities, we will investigate what and who you need around you to support your wellbeing.
