Our Essential Access Pass is great for women who want to have access to the latest tips, tricks and highest quality strategies to support your health and wellbeing from a team of experienced health professionals and leaders in the women’s health space. Whilst the mentoring program and all materials have been designed for young women aged 17-25, the hub can benefit anyone supporting young women and girls.
If you choose not to subscribe, you’ll still have access to our Free membership level, which includes a monthly newsletter, access to our Basic Resource Library, and first access to event and merch updates.
Our Guided Growth Pass gives you access to all of the features and benefits of the Essential Access pass, PLUS access to our 8 week online mentoring program designed for young women aged 17-25.
Guided Growth Pass access is perfect for individuals or groups who would benefit from a guided program, facilitated by our experienced mentors, covering areas such as nutrition, gut, skin, hormones, sleep, stress, emotions, boundaries and so much more. You will develop and walk away with your own personalised plan to support you in all areas of your wellbeing and help you achieve your goals faster.
By the end of our 8-week program, you will:
- grow your confidence to manage and optimise your own health and wellbeing
- build self-awareness and skills for lifelong resilience.
- develop your own set of personalised strategies to maintain mental, emotional, and physical health.
Yes! We can support group sign-ups to our mentoring program. Employers, educators and coaches are a few examples of people who can purchase access for multiple participants to support groups of young women in corporate organisations, university groups, sports teams or school boarding houses programs. Contact us to discuss group packages and benefits.
We suggest allowing 90 minutes per week for our mentoring program workshops, delivered once per week over 8 weeks. We also provide suggested follow up activities and reflections to deepen their learning - which are optional. All of the other resources in the Wellbeing Hub can be accessed on-demand, any time.
Yes! Our online mentoring program is a highly trusted and credible option for GPs seeking accessible and preventative care for young women who are medically stable and DO NOT require urgent health care. GP’s can feel comfortable referring individual patients to the program knowing all material has been created by 14 evidence-based health professionals passionate about supporting the physical, mental and emotional health outcomes of women and girls using a bio-psychosocial approach to our preventative education – see team page for more information on our team.
Referrals are most suitable for young women who are showing early signs of poor wellbeing management and lacking health literacy around their:
• nutrition, sleep and exercise
• hormones, stress and mental health
• boundaries, self-esteem and emotional health challenges eg; relationships
