What educators have to say about the Live Life Whole Project
Having worked with Megan and the Live Life Whole Project team for 3 years, I highly recommend implementing the Live Life Whole Project within your school. As the Learning Leader of Health and PE at Ruyton Girls' School, we deliver the first 3 modules, Nourish, Build, Grow within our Year 7 classes. Students engage in a combination of engaging and innovative theoretical and practical activities delivered from qualified health professionals. Students learn how to fuel their bodies, understand the hormonal changes that are happening to them and how to thrive. Students love these sessions and having the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification from the supportive team.
Megan and her team provide additional support to staff to deliver these modules, from staff professional development sessions to supporting follow up sessions run by the class teacher. Having such a comprehensive program designed specifically for teenage girls from evidence-based research is a great asset to Ruyton's Health curriculum.

It was an honour to have Megan Dickinson from The Live Life Whole Project as our guest speaker at our annual Women in Black and White lunch.
Megan’s expertise reiterated the importance of nurturing every aspect of our being. Through interactive educational modules, the discussions were enriching as the group explored strategies for self-care and maintaining balance in professional and personal lives.

I highly recommend the Live Life Whole Project who worked with our Year 8 Physical Education students. The program worked within the areas of Physical, Mental and Emotional Health through theory and practical activities that were stimulating and exceptionally well run by Meg. The Physical Education staff were very well supported by Meg who provided additional resources to run follow up sessions with the students.
