Grow a flourishing mind - Stress module
In this course, we cover everything about stress; what it is, the science behind it, how it can impact your wellbeing and how to manage unhelpful stress. This concept of helpful and unhelpful stress helps to highlight how stress can, at times, be needed. Furthermore, by exploring the science behind stress, we start to unpack the idea that we ourselves are not stress, it is something that can cause our body to react in specific ways. Strategies of breathwork, mindfulness and gratitude are also discussed to better understand how you can manage the impact of stress on your wellbeing.
